Here's the neg of the hole in the rock, Valley of Fire, Nevavda.

 

The neg of the hand is sandwiched with the rock neg, both above.
(This was the first exposure)

Second exposure - Petroglyphs found in Joshua Tree Nat'l Park.

I got a few more left - time to improvise a bit more...

 

These petroglyphs are from Red Rock Canyon, just west of Las Vegas.
They are not getting any direct light, so the contrast is really low.

I could make them stand out more w/ some handcoloring, or...

..tweak them a bit in photoshop.
I chose the P'shop option (below) - it's subtle, but it does the trick.
I also happened to have exposed the top elements a bit farther down,
so the lowest area of rock lit thru the hole leads the eye lower in the image.
