The Marin Headlands
are just over the Golden Gate Bridge, north of San Francisco -
they are dotted with the remains of military installations that have long
since been abandoned.
The roads are crumbling and over-grown, the (gun)batteries and buildings are
a playground for all sorts
of destructive behaviour, and graffitti artists...and also, wandering photographers...
