PARKING
Parking
lots are open two-and-a-half hours prior to the start of the event.
The parking facilities of ARCO ARENA consist of marked spaces for
6,000 automobiles, approximately one parking space for every three
seats in the arena. The parking spaces are equally distributed around
all sides of the arena and consist of separated lots for employees,
V.I.P.'s, preferred, pre-paid, and general parking. Guest Services
Booth The guest services booth is located behind Section 122 on the
concourse level. An ARCO Arena representative is available to assist
you with any problems or questions you may have.
Handicapped
Lot H - Enter Toll Plaza No. 5 (You may drop off at Box Office Drive).
Limousines Lot H - Enter Box Office Drive, drop off patrons. Exit
Box Office Drive and park in Lot H through Toll Plaza No. 5 ONLY!
At end of game or shortly before end of game you will be directed
back to Box Office area to pick up your patrons.
RV's
and Buses: Lot M - Enter Toll Plaza No. 9 (You may drop off at Box
Office Drive).

ARENA BOX OFFICE POLICIES
Lost
or Stolen Tickets In the event your season tickets are lost or stolen,
duplicate seating vouchers will be issued at no charge only if a police
report is provided to the box office. Season ticket members who forget
their tickets must purchase duplicate at full price plus a $5 per
ticket non-refundable deposit at the Will Call window in the box office.
A refund will be granted at the box office when the original unused
ticket(s) and the duplicate ticket stub(s) are presented within seven
days of the event. Will Call The will call window opens one hour prior
to game time and remains open until halftime. Tickets will be released
only to the person whose name appears on the envelope. To pick up
tickets at the will call window, you must present picture identification
(i.e: valid Driver's License, Passport, Student or Military ID, etc.)
No information will be given over the phone regarding the status of
will call tickets. Will call name changes may not be made via telephone.
The Will Call window is located at the ARCO Arena Box Office, facing
south.
