When you purchase tickets through AGGS, you are paying for a service as well as the tickets. Our service helps you acquire the tickets you want. Tickets are sold at a discount and without service charges.

Amusement park tickets, Bill Graham Presents concert tickets, single ticket sales to the general public.

3. How do I order tickets?

You can either call us at (925) 833-3773, (800) 572-2447Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, PST. After business hours, you can leave a detailed message on our voicemail system which will guide you through the process. You can fax you order if you have the specific event's discount flyer or you can mail the flyer directly with payment of choice.
You can also e-mail your order directly.

4. What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, cashier's checks, money orders, or checks.

6. How do you determine what prices to charge?

The promoters dictate the face value of the ticket as well as the discount we are allowed to charge to groups.

7. How do I get the tickets I order?

We use USPS for all mailings. If requested, tickets can also be picked up at Will Call at the eventone hour before the show. We also offer Federal Express for all ticket shipping for an additional $11.00 per order.

8. When do I get the tickets I order?

As soon as payment is received, we will have your tickets pulled directly from the box office. Once that occurs, the tickets are picked up by our representatives and then sent out directly to you. We guarantee that tickets will arrive no later than seven days before the event..

9. How can I be notified about current events AGGS is handling?

By placing a ticket order with our agency, you automatically are added to our database and will receive advance notice before the event is announced to the public. You can also listen to the calendar of events 24 hours a day by calling AGGS. The quickest way to access that information is to check our Web site.

10. Can I pre-order tickets for events?

Yes. Please call us as early as possible to place your order. We can not gurantee your seat locations until the tickets are actually purchased. Pre-booking does not guarantee an order. Our reserved seats are sold on a first come first served basis. The promoter's policy is to cancel all orders if payment is not received 30 days prior to the event. In some cases the deadline may be extended.

11. Do you carry all different price ranges and seat locations for your events?

Yes, we make it a point to reserve the best available lower level arena seats which are usually from row 7 and back.We also reserve special VIP seats if applicable. All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. Of course, in the event of a cancelled show, your money will be refunded.
