s Light Rail
- Take light rail to the Santa Clara St. station and you
can walk to the arena or take the free arena shuttle bus.
Extra light rail trains will be added for major arena events.

- Take express bus route 180 from the Fremont bus station
for direct service to and from the arena. Call (408)
921-2300 for info.
s Caltrain
- Service from any Caltrain station between S.F. and San
Jose (The San Jose Diridon Station) is available before
and after all Sharks home games and other events. Call 1-800-660-1287 for exact departure and arrival times.
s Free Arena
Shuttle - Travels along 2nd St. to San Carlos, up 1st
St. to Santa Clara, to the Arena. The shuttle stops at various
places along this path. Service begins 90 minutes prior
to events & operates every 15 Min. Call (408)

Accepted at Box Office
The
Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard
and American Express as methods of payment.
Parking
There
are a limited number of parking spaces available on site.
The prices vary from $6.00 to $10.00. There are also many public and private lots
situated near the Arena. The attendants accept only cash.
Parking is also available outside of the Arena for $3.00-$10.00.
Sorry, no RV parking
available.

Rules

Shoes & shirts are required at all times within
the building.
s No
audio or video recorders are allowed in the arena for any
event.
s There is no smoking allowed anywhere inside the arena. There
are designated smoking sections provided outside of the
arena.
Children
Rules
Children
23 months and under are free if they are sat upon a parents
lap, excepting Sesame Street events for which all persons
must be ticketed.
For "Sesame Street" and "Barney" events,
children ages 11 months & under are free.
