Robert Misrach found the visible situation
in a more 'illuminating' condition many years ago ...
Alot of what he photographed ( and is visible in his 'Desert
Cantos' ) is gone -
But the 'Sea' itself - a monument to human stupidity and arrrogance - is still there.)
